Products I Have Been Loving Lately: Vol 8

Today, I am going to be sharing with you all a few beauty and skincare favorites, that have been in constant rotation for the past few weeks. Among them, I have included some trusty familiar items, as well as some new products that have been a refreshing addition to my routine.

Let's get started!

Face

E.L.F. Baked Blush in Passion Pink: Ever since I tried E.L.F.'s baked blushes, I haven't been reaching for others. These are like, the perfect blushes for summer. They are incredibly pigmented and they give my cheeks lovely luminous color, that never looks overdone. (review here)

E.L.F. Baked Bronzer in Los Cabos: Just like the baked blushes, I can't get enough of E.L.F's baked bronzers, either! These bronzers look incredibly natural on, and I love the warm boost, they give my complexion.

Make Up For Ever High Definition Powder: I don't know why I haven't really talked more about this powder, on here. It has become a staple that I can't be without. I like to use this powder to set my under eye concealer, to help keep it in place all day. I also apply a bit to my cheek area, where I have some visible pores, and this softens their appearance quite nicely. A little bit of this product truly goes a long way.

Eyes

Maybelline Color Tattoo Eyeshadows in Bold Gold and Bad To The Bronze: Lately, I have been going the simple route, when it comes to my eye makeup. These long lasting, cream eyeshadows help me achieve a done up look, that takes minutes to achieve. I apply a bit of Bad To The Bronze all over the lids, blend, and done! But for an extra special kick, I like to apply Bold Gold to the center of the lids, over Bad To The Bronze, and the result is just stunning. Both colors together do a great job at bringing out the brown in my eyes. (review here)

Lips

Avon Glazewear Dazzle Lip Gloss in Pink Radiance: This shimmering, pink gloss is my favorite at the moment. It feels comfortable on the lips, it has a smooth consistency, and it gives off such a pretty pop of soft pink coloring to my lips. It also looks great layered over pink lipsticks, too. Love! I am a bit bummed because, I don't see this lip gloss listed on the Avon website anymore. I fear it may have been discontinued :(

Nails

Zoya Zuza: I received this mini sized Zoya nail color as part of Zoya's Pinterest Trio, and WOW! Is this color mesmerizing, or what? This shimmered turquoise stunner, is the perfect nail color to sport, during these warmer months.

Skincare

Aveeno Smart Essentials Daily Detoxifying Scrub: I got this miniature Aveeno face scrub in my Target Summer Beauty Bag and I am so glad I did because, I love it! This scrub effectively does the job, and its not harsh on my sensitive skin, at all. I am definitely going to be buying the full size bottle of this scrub, once I am finished with this mini one.

Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera Gel: Aloe vera is great for so many uses. My feet have been drier than usual lately and, I found that applying a bit of the aloe vera gel onto my feet, not only soothes them, but it also gives them a little boost of moisture that they so desperately need.

Garnier The Refreshing Remover Cleansing Towelettes: No matter how many makeup removers I try out, I always go back to this one. These cleansing towelettes always do the job, without irritating my skin. They smell yummy, too.

Which beauty products have you all been loving, lately?

  6. Those Elf baked blushes look so pretty! I need to look for them at Target. And seeing you mentioned the Maybelline cream shadows makes me think I need to use the ones I have. I only did not like that Bad to the bronze creased on me, maybe I need to just dab some powder eyeshadow on top

    1. Yes, Anel you need the E.L.F. Baked Blushes in your life! They are amazing!!!! I am sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience with the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bad To The Bronze. It's my most favorite. Did you try applying an eyeshadow primer beforehand? I hope that helps and gives you better lasting results :)
