E.L.F. Studio Baked Blushes in Peachy Cheeky, Rich Rose, and Passion Pink

Baked beauty powders are best known for their smooth and pleasant textures. Not to mention, they blend superbly onto the skin, with little to no effort at all. So, when I saw that E.L.F. recently came out with baked blushes, I didn't hesitate to pick up a few to try out. I decided on three of the four available E.L.F. Studio Baked Blushes-Peachy Cheeky, Rich Rose, and Passion Pink ($3.00, each)

All of the blushes are infused with jojoba, sunflower, rose, grape, and apricot, which all help hydrate and nourish the skin. One of the best features about baked powders is that most of them can be used dry or wet, to up the intense factor. To be honest, I am not really keen on using wet products on my cheeks, so I go the dry-route, when it comes to these.

Peachy Cheeky: Apricot, golden peach with light brown veining throughout. Adds such a pretty pop of peach, to my cheeks. Definitely my favorite of the three,

Rich Rose: Golden brown with coral veining throughout. Gives my cheeks a soft, warmth to them that is very natural looking. Perfect one sport for my minimal makeup days.

Passion Pink: Peachy, light pink with dark pink veining throughout. I love the natural-looking, light pink flush I get with this one.

I am happy to report that I really like these. The texture of the blushes are beautifully smooth-as expected, and they each give my cheeks a luminous, healthy-looking glow, that really livens up my face. All three baked blushes are nicely pigmented, and can easily be built up to the preferred color intensity. The colors are so natural looking, that it's really hard to go heavy handed with these. You will never look overdone.

These do contain shimmers, and they are of the smooth and fine kind-no shimmer overload on the face here, since they are hardly noticeable on the skin. I have oily skin and I was impressed with the lasting power of these. I have had these for 8 hours max, and the color still looked just as good at the end of the day, as it did when I first applied it. Love!

These baked blushes are a nice option for those who are looking to add a bit of natural looking, luminosity on the cheeks. These are lovely and very appropriate for daytime wear, but I especially love wearing these blushes for a night out, when I really want my skin to glow and stand out (in a good way, of course). Overall, all three baked blushes are winners in my book, and I think they are going to be perfect for the warm summer weather, when luminous skin is all the rage.

Stay tuned because coming up, I have the E.L.F. Studio Baked Bronzers to show you all!

P.S. Happy first day of Summer, everyone!

What do you all think of these baked blushes from E.L.F.? Which are your favorite baked beauty products?
