When I saw that Maybelline released their new Baby Skin™ Instant Pore Eraser, I knew I had to give it a try. I have a couple of pores on my cheeks that are a little visible, so I am always on the lookout for products that will help minimize their appearance. And this seemed like it would do the job in a pinch.  

Maybelline's Baby Skin™ Instant Pore Eraser contains a slippery clear gel consistency that glides onto the skin with ease. Although it's thick, it doesn't feel or heavy on. I appreciate that this is packaged in a squeeze tube, which makes the dispensing process pleasantly hygienic. This product is fragrance free and non-comedogenic.

I pat on a bit of this on my cheeks before I apply my foundation and in an instant my pores are not only less noticeable, but more refined too. Since this also creates a smooth base on my skin, my foundation goes on much more seamlessly, too. If your skin is on the drier side though, using a good moisturizer before applying this is a must, since this has the tendency to cling to flakes and dry patches. 

I don't just limit Maybelline's Baby Skin™ Pore Eraser to my cheek area. I also like to apply it on my nose, forehead, and chin-places where I usually produce the most oil. I find that this actually helps tone down shine a bit, which I think is a nice treat.

Overall

I am glad I came across Maybelline's Baby Skin™ Instant Pore Eraser. It's been a welcome new addition in my routine that has proved to be pretty necessary and refreshing. If you are looking for a product that will blur out the look of pores and smooth out the skin, I think Maybelline's Baby Skin™ Instant Pore Eraser is worth a try. Not only is it effective, but I think it's just as good and even up to par as the more costly, higher end stuff. Gotta love drugstore gems!
