Beauty Box Five-December 2013

OFRA Cosmetics Sultry Lipgloss Plumper: This cranberry wine colored gloss is stunning! It packs a great color punch and the shimmers add the perfect dazzling touch. This lip gloss is a bit thick, but it doesn't feel heavy on the lips by any means. It feels moisturizing on,  it's not sticky, and it gives my lips a nice little plumping action to boot. (Full Size: $12.95)

NYX Cosmetics Love in Rio Eyeshadow Palette in "En Fuego": I was excited to see this NYX eyeshadow palette in the box. This shimmery trio of colors (charcoal grey, plum, taupe) are right up my alley. These shadows are nicely pigmented, and they compliment each other so well. I can't wait to start creating eye looks with these! (Full Size: $6.00)

Clean & Clear Morning Burst Hydrating Gel Moisturizer: Years ago, Clean & Clear products were all I relied on for my skin-I was especially fond of their cleansers and scrubs. This water based oil-free moisturizer has a crisp and fresh scent, and it feels so refreshing going on the skin. It also absorbs quickly which is great. (Full Size: $6.99)

Body Drench Daily Moisturizing Lotion: With this cold winter weather drying out my skin, I need all the moisture I can get. And this moisturizer from Body Drench fits the bill perfectly. It has a creamy formula that feels amazing on the skin, and it sinks into the skin quickly without leaving behind a greasy or heavy residue. The dreamy mango scent is a bonus! (Full Size: $8.99)

Every Beauty Foot Smoother: I must say, this was probably the most interesting item in the box for me. This flexible scrubber is used to smooth out rough and dry areas on the feet, knees, and elbows. Each of the two sides contain a different texture of the dermabrasion coating-a finer one, and a coarser one. I tried this smoother on the heels of my feet, which are often dry and rough, and I was amazed at how effective this was at softening them up. My heels were smooth to the touch. Needless to say, I absolutely loved the results. (Full Size: $4.99)

Overall
This was a really fun box to go through. I love that I not only received a couple of full sized items (OFRA lipgloss, NYX love in rio eyeshadow palette, and Every Beauty foot smoother), but I also got some generously sized ones, too. I was thoroughly impressed with each item in the box, and I liked that the value of the items exceeded the $12 subscription price. A Beauty Box Five subscription is definitely foreseeable in my future.
