My July Birchbox has arrived! For this month's box, Birchbox teamed up with Glamour to create a box filled with products that cater to our natural five senses-see, taste, touch, smell, and hear. I really love the fun concept, and I think this box has done a good job so far at stimulating my senses. For the most part, I am pretty pleased with the contents in my box, and I was excited to see loads of new products that I just can't wait to try.
Take a look!
Color Club Blue-Ming: Don't get me wrong, I really like Color Club nail polishes, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with this beautiful mini sized green turquoise one but, another green nail polish? When a box for the month contains a nail polish, for some strange reason, I almost always receive a green one in my box. It sure would have been nice to see another color other than green, in my box this month. Oh well, Blue-Ming is still a pretty color nonetheless and, I am pretty sure that I am going to sport it loads this summer.
Gloss Moderne High-Gloss Masque: I have unruly dry and frizzy hair so, it could really use all the help it can get. This sulfate and paraben-free conditioning hair masque, promises to reduce frizz, restore shine, and add bounce to the hair. It has a rich thick texture, and smells amazing, too. Can't wait to give this one a go.
Harvey Prince Eau Flirt: This fragrance contains notes of citrus and jasmine, that come together beautifully to create an alluring and addicting scent. This is one of those scents that would be great to sport all year round. I really enjoy this fragrance and, I am actually considering purchasing a full size, once I run out of this sample.
Manna Kadar Sheer Glo Shimmer Lotion: I love products that give my skin a luminous, glowing appearance. This lightweight lotion contains a warm peachy pink base color, that's packed with gorgeous golden shimmers. You can mix this shimmer lotion with your foundation for an all-over sheen, or apply it on the areas of the face and/or body, that you want to highlight.
Suki Balancing Kit: I have never heard of this skincare brand before so, I am excited to try these products. This sample packet set contains the concentrated balancing toner, pure facial moisture-balancing, transformative cleansing clay, exfoliate foaming cleanser, and balancing day lotion. These products work to help hydrate, purify, and calm the skin. Sounds nice. (Update, 7/12/12: I actually tried a few of the samples last night and I woke up this morning with a more even toned, and healthier looking complexion. I even spotted a little glowing action going on, too. I have sensitive, acne prone skin and it hasn't broken me out so far. I am going to continue to use up the samples but if the results keep getting better, I am definitely going to be purchasing the full sized kit).
Larabar Uber Roasted Nut Roll: I can never resist a delicious nut bar, especially if it's gluten free. This bar is really yummy, and pretty satisfying too. Makes a great snack!
Birchbox Exclusive Earbuds: How adorable are these earbuds? The bright, neon pink and green are so fun! Such a nice change from the boring earbuds I have, now. The sound quality with these isn't the best, and it can't really compete with the much higher end brands out there but, it's not that bad to make me stop using these. The cuteness factor definitely makes up for it, though.
What did you all think of this month's Birchbox? What did you receive in your box?
