E.L.F. Shimmer Eyeliner Pencil In Twinkle Teal

E.L.F. Shimmer Eyeliner Pencil in Twinkle Teal ($1.00)- I don't have many eyeliner pencils that are bright and that give eye looks a pop of color. I think these are new additions to the E.L.F. line because I have never seen these eye pencils before. I decided to try one and I chose Twinkle Teal which is a really pretty blue/green teal that contains hints of silver shimmer. I am really impressed by how creamy this applies, and it is very pigmented indeed. I am a tad disappointed that for me, this pencil liner did not last on my waterline. I would suggest though, applying it to the lash line to give your eyes a pretty pop of teal. But make sure to use a good primer beforehand, as this liner does tend to smudge and move around a bit. I like the addition of a built in sharpener on the cap which is very convenient. As for the shimmer factor, they are so fine that I don't really notice them much when I apply the pencil. The shimmers are there, just not very prominent. I think this pencil is a steal at only $1.00 and I will definitely try other colors in the line.

E.L.F. Mineral Lipstick in Runway Pink

Lip Swatch of Runway Pink

E.L.F. Mineral Lipstick in Runway Pink ($5.00)- This lipstick is probably my favorite E.L.F. item to date. Runway Pink is a gorgeous soft pink that applies like a dream. I would say it gives me a semi-matte finish. I love the pigmentation, how easy it glides on-like butter, non-drying, it is unscented, it feels comfortable on my lips, and ever since I received it, it has been my everyday lipstick. This is a keeper guys! If I would recommend a great inexpensive lipstick to you all, Runway Pink would be it. I am sure you will not be disappointed. The packaging is very sleek, simple, and very sturdy as well. I am sure you would all be happy to know that E.L.F. mineral lipsticks are hydrating-thanks to a blend of oils, and vitamins. They are also paraben free! Love! I think I am going to restock on Runway Pink because I am sure I am going to use it up like crazy. LOL!

E.L.F. Studio Blush in Pink Passion

E.L.F. Studio Blush in Pink Passion ($3.00)- If you are looking for a pretty, matte pink blush, then this may be it! Apart from the mineral lipstick in runway pink, this blush is another favorite purchase. When it comes to blushes, I usually tend to lean more towards peach/coral colors and I would often shy away from bright vivid pinks like this one. But no more! This blush applies like a dream and it really helps liven up my face and give my cheeks a pretty pop of pink to them without looking like I have clown cheeks. I apply this with my Eco Tools Blush Brush (using a light hand of course, and building up until I get the amount desired) and blend upwards. I am happy to report that lasting power is superb. It lasts all day on me until I remove my makeup at night.
